Wrap yarn around the peg on the outside edge then around the top pegs keeping it loose.

Loop on a second row.

Using the pick, lift the bottom row of loops over the top row and off the pegs.

Repeat steps 2 & 3 30 times.

Thread end of the yarn into the yan needle. Run the needle through the loops on each peg and remove the loops off the pegs.

Pull the yarn tight to close the opening.

Tie off the ends and weave the axcess into the hat.
