Sand edges of tray.

Using foam brush, paint entire tray using acrtlic paint.

Apply second coat of paint and let dry completely.

Apply 2 coats of polyurethane spray.

Layout stars in desired pattern and glue down.

Mix resin per instructions on product and pour into tray.

Allow to cure per instructions on prodcut, be sure to keep in place free of debris.
